Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

In 2022, Ecuador's vehicle registration data revealed a diverse range of vehicles and fuel types. Registered vehicles included 741,726 private cars, mainly petrol-powered (797,341), with smaller numbers using diesel, electric, and hybrid. Pickup trucks and SUVs also predominantly used petrol, while motorcycles were almost entirely petrol-powered. Public transport vehicles, such as buses, trucks, and vans, heavily relied on diesel. Specialized vehicles, including tankers, trailers, and dump trucks, showed a similar reliance on diesel, highlighting the dominance of traditional fuels across Ecuador's fleet.

The 2022 fuel type distribution showed 98% of private cars using petrol, with only 1% using diesel or hybrid. Buses and trucks were predominantly diesel-powered (99% and 98%, respectively). SUVs (96%) and motorcycles (100%) were also mainly petrol-powered, reflecting the limited presence of alternative fuel types in Ecuador's vehicle fleet.

Ecuador's Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system has steadily expanded since 2000, starting with 19 kilometers and growing to nearly 100 kilometers by 2014, a length maintained through 2020. The BRT system is known for its efficiency, frequent service, and enhanced accessibility, supporting public transportation in urban areas.
